Our consultants and developers work in the same projects. After the AI strategy and the potential analysis, the first use case begins without a second company having to get up to speed. From concept to operation we carry the responsibility, including regulation, change management, AI-specific security and governance. We advise independently of vendors, and we offer AI consulting and software development separately as well.

  • Potential Analysis

    We go through your processes with your business units and measure every idea against your goals. After four weeks you hold: a scored list of all ideas, an order to work through them, the first use case with effort and benefit – estimated by the people who will develop it – and a decision paper for the management board.

  • Operating Model

    Who is responsible for AI, who decides on new ideas, what staff may do with AI and who runs the systems – we settle that, at the size your organisation needs: different for a freight forwarder with one IT lead than for a bank with a regulator and a works council.

  • Adoption

    New AI in production needs explaining, and we take that on: the conversations with the works council, informing managers and staff, training the people who work with it every day. At one bank we were responsible for the entire internal communication around the roll-out.
